Recipe for: Pork with peas
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
pork shoulder - 1.2 kg. (cut into cubes).
onion - 2 heads (finely chopped).
carrots - 3 pcs. (finely chopped).
garlic - 5 cloves (finely chopped).
peas - 400 g (frozen).
canned tomatoes - 300 g.
sugar - 2 tsp
salt
pepper
paprika
jojen
oil
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Pour a little oil into a preheated pan. Add the pork shoulder and braise for about 20 minutes. Add the chopped onions, carrots and garlic. Continue to simmer for another 6-7 minutes. Add a few teaspoons of paprika and stir to lightly brown. Add the tomatoes and sugar and mix. Add 1 liter of water, put the lid on the pot and let the dish cook for 30 minutes.
30 minutes later, add the peas and season with salt, pepper and cumin. Put the lid on the pot and cook on low heat for another 20 minutes.
