Wow very nice video thank you.. I don’t have a lift, what tools do you recommend to remove the wheel and decent heavy duty jack for this job? I guess I’ll have to do one wheel jacked up per side at a time , much thanks for any feedback and help

Yes, you will need to use a floor jack and remove the wheel. 19mm socket for the lug bolts. We do offer a jack pad adapter to safely raise the car without having the jack dig into frame: flat6motorsports.com/products/flat-6-motorsports-jack-pad-adapter-992

Yes, all Carreras are the same and utilize the paper filters from the factory.

@@Flat6Motorsports Taylor website says it requires the removal of the spoiler, taillights etc. Is this the same for the GTS as you shown your video?

@@stevepeck8849 I’m not sure what taylor website is but if you watch the video, it’s the exact same process on the GTS. All Carreras (and Turbos) share the same airboxes and procedure to change the air filters.

From my personal experience, I would never use an oil air filter. They will foul your MFS (mass flow sensor).

Porsche doesn't use a MAF on these. In addition, they use BMC on the 918 Spyder, GT3 RS and GT4 RS from the factory.
