⁠@@DeutschOsmane.ThomasThere’s nothing special about the sound of the Enzo FXX, it sounds like any other V12 of Ferrari. The Pagani Huayra R sounds already better. The 911 RSR has way more variety in its sound, when I looked up the sound of the Enzo FXX, respectfully, it sounded underwhelming.

Race cars dont need a reverse gear they go forward like 99 percent of the time😂. Only need reverse for situations like this.

Why MID engine??

Because mid engine is just a superior platform for the balance of a car. Rear engine has been such a big heritage aspect of the 911 they have to keep it even though mid engine is just simply better. The RSR Endurance race cars are the only mid engined 911 which actually has gotten a lot of back lash due to the engine placement

​@@verde629 I think it's for aero reasons. They had to move the engine to provide space for ground effect aero elements such as the diffuser. If not for this I reckon they can still retain the rear engine placement like they do with the GT3R

​​@@edwardcornel305the reason for it is because the mid engine placement is alot more suitable for handling characteristics. The only reason Porsche has kept the cayman a tame car is because it would end up cannibalizing the 911. Also the heritage of the 911 is another reason that ive heard. They won't make a 911 mid engine road car ever from what i hear.

@@beni2ccyeah it makes sense, because then it would ruin the whole lineup of the 718 and 911 platform. Let those that want mid engine buy the 718’s. As we move forward naturally we might eventually just see a 718 that apex’s the 911 in capability, its only a matter of time before we get a mid engine cayman that beats the 911 with a simple tune.
