Did I understand you correctly that you are trying eliminate all pedal movement? You should have 1/2” to 3/4” of pedal play for the clutch to be properly adjusted.

I messed with it more off camera and got dialed in. I tightened it up till the clutch pedal hit the stop and then gave it a bit of slack. Not quite 3/4” though
