Holy eargasm, batman! That throaty intake sound from the cockpit. Crazy how it's overpowering the actual exhaust.... and to think he's only stretching the legs out and being easy on the gearbox. On full attack, on a big track, that monster would wail in anger.

Where or why - Why are they all right hand drive - because of Le Man, the track has a pit on the right - the driver was less likely to get mauled by a passing race car both in the pits and during the original starts that required the driver to run across the track and climb into the car

Please affix a GoPro to the front of the helmet where your mouth is, the recoding will show what you see. It's a process, but that is the magic combo and looks even better than the BS F1 "driver's eye."

I am surprised to see the driver use the clutch on the track, gears are dog cut straight, changeable, like in the Hewland.

The dulcet tones of a Chevrolet! The good ole' Chevy flat 6. They brought it to the masses in 1960, after two very small prototype builds by an English and an American manufacturer (Wilson-Pilcher, and Tucker). Porsche would later adopt Chevy's flat 6 design for the 911 in 63' (Pilcher & Tuckers were quite literally flat 4's, with two more cylinders welded on), and the rest is history. Thanks Chevrolet! Sounds amazing! Wonder why they dropped it. It never made it any further than the Chevy Corsair.

Bruh this is a Le Mans specific flat 12 it doesn't have anything in common with the Porsche flat 6 much less a 60's Chevy flat 6
