This is a Porsche 918 Spyder with only 162 miles! It was left in a garage since 2015 when purchased new and has dust and water marks all over the paint. This is likely its First Wash in 7 years. We washed and polished the paint before adding AMMO Reflex Pro to the clear coat and Gelee Pro to protect the wheels. Clearly this isn't a disaster detail, but for a $2M car....its as close as you can get for its first detail ever. The Porsche 918 Spyder is for sale through Porsche Greenwich. For more info on the Porsche, contact rmoreira@newcountry.com'

You're a rock star Larry. Thanks for another great video. I realize that people can do whatever they want with their money/property, but it's tragic to see a hypercar purchased and then just stored/neglected. Probably left in a garage with 10-20 other incredible cars that rarely move. Oh well, to each his own I guess.

When doing 2 cars that are only a few feet apart, do you have to dry them both off every time you use a pressure washer on one car? When power washing the Carrera GT, I couldn't help be think some of the water is going to end up on the 918 you just finished. Even if its just a little splash or misting. Is that inconsequential, or does it require a lot of extra drying?

Don't understand why people don't drive the cars
@Royal_Quotes_
@Royal_Quotes_ 8 ай бұрын
Well, as someone with experience with wealthy individuals and their mindsets, I can explain why this is the case. Most wealthy individuals drive a Rolls Royce, Maybach, or Bentley, but when they do, they are typically in the back seat, using their phone or laptop to answer emails, messages, or calls. When they purchase a hypercar, it is usually because they are aware that the car's value will appreciate, allowing them to make a profit by selling it. If they choose to drive it, it is likely because they have some free time or simply want to enjoy the experience of driving. There are three primary types of people who purchase these types of cars: car enthusiasts, collectors, and those who recognize the potential for financial gain through appreciation. Additionally, wealthy individuals often prefer to be driven in a Rolls Royce, Bentley, or Maybach because these vehicles offer ample space, luxurious interiors, and a comfortable ride, which allows them to work or relax during their journeys. I hope this helps 👋

The duo alone can make an iconic collection. Lucky the person who takes delivery of that bad boy, enjoy it and drive safe.

I happened to see this car on the road today in Vancouver B.C. This car is so amazing on the road. The design and the presence is so special.

This is one of my unobtainable dream cars, and I feel the same. If I ever own anything remotely similar to this, I'd be driving it as much as I could.

It’s because the people who buy them are not true car enthusiasts, they are only interested in them as investments. To me, it’s a disgrace to the engineers and designers who helped make this masterpiece.

water stains were probably there because the car was delivered on a raining day. Car parked in storage an never touched again. Owner was probably not even in the same country when being delivered.

Not to be a party pooper but I'm pretty sure you mentioned the Buick Skylark in a video at some point. The impressive part is the guy took the time to watch your videos and note some details like that you mentioned in passing. Also, at first I though the guy offered to take you for a ride in the Carrera GT. With those tires it's probably for the best he didn't. :)
