Love your videos - this was good timing as I just started to remove the torsion bar assembly as part of a total suspension refresh. I know you are "frugal" but I'm taking the opportunity to have everything in the area blasted and powder coated (that can be done) whilst they are off even down to exhaust brackets, sway bar and brackets, gas tank cover and strap, etc - it's an ideal time and it's quite cheap to do. I want to make it as "back-to-new"as possible so it gives someone another 30+ years. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the positive feedback 🙌! I probably would have done more to coat everything while I was in there, but I was under a crunch to get it ready for a trip to Idaho! Glad the videos are useful for someone 😁

Did you need to get different rear struts after the torsion bar lift?
@HardwayLearning2 жыл бұрын
No, just used the normal Koni Yellows, you can buy a spacer though. I'll try to find a link and put that in the description

When you said you don't resources, basically that's me..... Don't even have tools, I am barely starting to get tools, live in a rental townhouse with no garage with my 0 to none supportive parents that I know will be telling me constantly that It will not work that I should have paid a professional, but, I gonna do it because I have a goal and I am going to chase the dream regardless obstacles

This is the way! Feels expensive at first when you're collecting your tools, but the pay off in the long haul is huge!
