Anything larger than an overnight bag won't fit? this is a joke, I have a 981 Boxster and I can fit a mid size trolley in the front (I don't travel light and that trolley is for a 1 week vacation) plus some other pieces and I in the back another mid size troley with other space left to fill

No the 718 Starts @ 42,987 Macan starts @ 45,915.

you are right, but that's only in the UK which was recently changed for the 718. The car in this review is the old boxster, which is the model 981. It was priced above the macan in all markets a year ago. In ALL other markets, USA, China, Japan, Australia, the macan is priced under the 718 models. for instance, USA pricing: 718: starts at 55,300 US$ Macan starts at 47,800 US$ FYI: Back in 2007 when I bought my 987 cayman, even the cayenne was priced below the boxster/cayman models!!

The GT3 RS is in the 911 family and NOT on the bottom end, so my point still stands. Basically any Porsche under $200k is GARBAGE! And the Boxster, well that's just LAUGHABLE! LMFAO!

While I DO agree with you on the NEWER M series losing luster, Mercedes has LONG lost their luster ever since they merged with Chrysler! Even their AMGs are NOT the same!! The ONLY good AMGs were the solid colors from the 80's i.e. SEC series. I wouldn't TOUCH Benz ever again!! So sad in both cases of BMW and Benz!

Moby, you know your cars as well. A GOOD general rule of thumb is to NEVER touch a car maker once it has been RUINED by an American Car company, thus Aston Martin, Range Rover, and Benz to name a few. I used to be the BIGGEST Aston Martin fan (Pre Ford days) almost going back to David Brown dys, and once Ford touched them they NEVER came back! At least to enthusiasts like me. That being said, and being a BMW enthusiast, I do not believe BMW will ever come back! With plans to build a factory in Mexico, they are falling behind just like VW has. I drove the 2015 M3 and M4 and was NOT impressed! Coming from my E36 and E46 days, those were the LAST of the great M series autos! Today, BMW is building their cars HEAVIER, BIGGER, and CHEAPER, and its a shame! The thrill of being in the cockpit of the ultimate driving machine is now GONE! Which brings us back to Porsche, like I said before unless you are driving a $250k plus Porsche, one is NOT driving a true Porsche, they are only fooling themselves. The Porsche Boxster is equal to the BMW Z series (Built here in America by the way, one more reason NOT to buy one) These models by BMW and Porsche are LOWER end models and it shows in both looks and performance! Even Benz makes a lower end AMG model now that is complete garbage. Sad to say, but TRUE German engineering is almost dead.
