मेरा प्रश्न: (आप सभी लोग ध्यान से सोचे।) हमारे देश में तीन विषयों के सर्वोच्च इस प्रकार है, १. इंजीनियर (मैथ्स) २. डॉक्टर (बायोलॉजी) ३. जज या अधिवक्ता( कानून या विधिक) अगर इंजीनियर गलती करे या तय समय तक काम खत्म न करे तो उसके कार्यों का आकलन हो सकता है और गलती पर सजा होती है। पर डॉक्टर और जजों के कार्यों का न तो समय सीमा है न ही उनके कार्यों के आकलन की पुख्ता व्यवस्था है। अगर लड़के को जमानत मिलनी चाहिए तो बाद में जमानत खारिज क्यों हुई और अगर नही मिलनी चाहिए थी तो जिसने दी उसके कार्यों के संपादन में हुई चूक का क्या होगा।

Can not be treated as Minor, He is well matured, 12th pass boy. Ladke + Father dono ko 10 years ki Non-Bailable punishment milni chahiye... Agar Bailable punishment mil v gyi 10 years ki to v koi farak nai padega os ladke ko, kyunki Jail jane ke 10 din baad hi bahar aa jayega Bail par or 10 saal kat jayenge..... Usko kaunsa koi Govt job ke liye aply karna hai ke wo nai le paiyega....Amir baap ki aulad to hai hi.......
