Congrats on 22 S. I’ve got a 17 Turbo with warranty. I recently received low oil 1 quart/1 litre. Added 1 quart all good. Taking it to the Porsche dealer just to make sure there’s no leaks (loose bolts) etc. It only has 17500 miles and it was only 1390 miles from the last oil change when I received the low 1 quart warning 🤔. There is a known issue with the aluminum bolts leaking on some…hoping it’s just that they shorted me some oil when I had the oil change😂

Good 6 month review mate👍. It's surprising how well the Macan handles. Is there a HUD option now on the new Macan? That's something I miss from my M3 and G20.

Thanks. Still no HUD on the Macan. I definitely miss that feature from the BMW G20! I'm really looking forward to the new one though!

Looking to upgrade my 340i to the 2015 macan S diesel. Will it be a step up?

I'll be honest.....probably not a big step in terms of space or performance. A different car altogether but not a step up

@@DownShiftThrottle ah thanks for the insight. I’m finding it hard to find a potential replacement at the c. £30k mark for a nice all in one car. Might just hang onto the 340i mppsk for now. Markets are very inflated it seems atm

Yes definitely. I would stick with it. You'll end up paying a very inflated price for a replacement car which might not be a massive upgrade

Not great, locally lucky to see mid 20's and on the motorway around 30. It's a heavy 3.0 Twin Turbo. It made my BMW F82 M4 running 550bhp feel like a diesel in comparison.

Yep, if you're after economy then the diesel S is better. You'll hopefully get around 320-350bhp with a decent map and mid to top 30s mpg wise
