We have stayed at Port Orleans over 20 times and love it. River view Princess room. The food court is pretty good. Great selection and very convenient. The breakfast is great. Rarely eat dinner there since we always have reservations at Disney Springs each night. We love the "water Uber" boat that takes us down to Disney Springs each night. Thanks for sharing! Dinner at Disney Springs every night sounds great! So many great restaurants there! I'm wondering how many people skip the meals at the Resort and go elsewhere. They do have some good options, but I feel like food courts will get old after day 3 of your vacation. Hopefully you can come back to Disney sometime very soon!
