Hey Brandon if you are feel sick from water you have flushed the sodium from your system, which doesn't allow the water you're drinking to absorb into your system, so keep a salty snack or keep some salt to put on your tongue or add to your water. I've had this happen to me a few time while working out in the Midwest heat. The dr. Gave me this advice to help me out, so i figured pass it on!! Not sure if you know about me but I do like animals but if a dog or anythang is kib' my I may not be able to find a lighter, find a fireworks and light out while it is rippin'me apart lmao. I won't hurt an animal for just barking at me. Humans bark at me too but Ling as they do not touch me they are okay with me
