Portal Beta - December 2006

This is a more up-to-date demonstration of Portal during its development in 2006. The build demonstrated here is the games development state in December of 2006. This features the entire game from that to finish, including Valves third attempt at an ending where GLaDOS is defeated by the player.
This video demonstration is in ultra-wide screen (21:9 aspect ratio).

The song that plays on the radio sounds extremely close to the song that plays in the last level in superliminal, there is a mini restaurant/bar you can get into that has a similar song.

There are many different concept arts for GLaDOS, so it is likely a placeholder design
