Sir what is the difference between splenomegaly and hypersplenism?

Hypersplenism is a tern which includes broad range of features one of which is splenomegaly. Criteria for a diagnosis of hypersplenism include anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, or combinations thereof; plus cellular bone marrow, splenomegaly, and improvement after splenectomy.
