It is assigned to the sound. Not to oscillator. So what you can do is, create two sounds and use them in different upper tracks in the keyboard set. Then assign mono/poly to the tracks

You can do it from Global -> controllers page. This will be a global setting. For each sound to have a different touch sensitivity, it can be done in the sound editing mode. In the sound edit mode - AMP page - velocity intensity.

It would be a combination of different settings. You can increase attack to get a smooth starting. Assign after touch for some vibrato on the sustained notes.

Is the track mode set to mono? Press menu -> select track controls In the mode tab, check if the type is mono. It may be poly. Set it to mono and try

Sorry dear. I cant speak Hindi well. So making it in hindi would be too funny. But there is an option. I have added English subtitles to the videos. You can use auto translate option of youtube so that you will get the subtitles in Hindi
