Kampala Capital City Authority’s Executive Director Dorothy Kisaka, has expressed dissatisfaction with the progress of the Port bell Road rehabilitation in Nakawa Division.
Port bell Road has been under reconstruction for nearly two years now, causing significant inconveniences to the public.
