She’s a big beautiful beast! Love as soon as you square up going around the corner of the garage you crack down on the throttle! 😂👍. Rock and Roll! “Field General!” You lead and the troops will follow! Loving it! I had to add a base gasket to the 660... I landed pretty much flat! No base gasket delete on this girl unless I sent the piston to be a popup...I gotta find me a little bench top lathe... I had a brake lathe given to me but it would have been way too much work to adapt it to what I need... sometimes it’s a lot easier and cheaper to just do it right the first time! Boy they definitely didn’t leave much stud sticking out when you get that side cover on...😂👍

I started watching your channel when I seen you running an alcohol farmertec. Do you restore old saws? I have a John Deere 55v that was my father's and he has past and I would love to get it fixed $ is no problem I just want my father's saw to run again.

It wouldn't have to be a full on restoration. I'd be happy if it just ran . It's the only thing I have of my father's. My sister is a single mother of twins. And when pop passed. She really needed the money so being the big brother all I asked for was the saw.

I have a stihl 031av that was given to me. Sat out in the weather for years. Locked solid. Any suggestions on getting the piston loose so I can get to the internals of the saw? The saw is complete down to the bar and chain. The saw is also complete. No parts missing. Don’t want to destroy it getting the jug off. I’ll sell it for a parts saw before I do that. Looking for some options. I do have the cylinder filled with evaporust at the moment.

That evaporust and penatreating oil is the best i know. I do have a parts saw that has a good topend on it
