Thanks for notifying me, another artist attempted to claim this song as his own a year prior by taking it to a network however he did not own the song and after it was exposed his claims where rejected. This artist "Kid Cat" has now laid claim to the song a few days ago. Since the song is unreleased it has no license attached to it, which makes it an easy target for someone looking to pawn it off as their own.

Porter and Hugo originally wanted to collaborate on Shelter as an album but felt that it would dampen the charm of the single if they drew it out like that. They allegedly scrapped the album and decided to keep Shelter centered around the titular single and the tour (which comprised of their older music mashed up).
