Porter's Paints Liquid Bronze

Nice job! I would like to apply it to stainless steel hinges, electroplated aluminum door frame and a normal timber door for my pool bar.

I've already lightly sanded the bronze painted surface, but feel that I want to add the verdigris to it. Will a second sanding after the verdigris have the effect I'm looking for, or should I not sand at all after applying it?
