I walked from Mevagissey to Penzance around Christmas 1992. Porthoustock had a really eerie feeling to it. I felt uneasy.

One of my favourite spots in Cornwall 😁 At 2.04, I fell backwards off the left hand edge there once and landed on my back on the rocks below, luckily my backpack saved me from any serious injury as it could have been nasty 😬

It is VERy difficult to access Porthoustock.

I always pronounced it POR-THOW-STOCK. (OW, AS IN OWL)
