Thanks for coming! Fun fact: Dick spelled "Trimmings" with only one "M" on the Dog House and the replica still shows the misspelling. I'm also glad you liked the self-serve beverage station. Only a few locations have that now. More coming soon...

My sister lives about 20 minutes from the North Dallas location and my parents are soon to have one near them in the Fort Worth area.

Portillo’s is definitely in central Illinois. Peoria, Bloomington, and Urbana all have one. I love the hot dogs and Italian beef. I only wish they would bring back the smaller sized beers, a while back they stopped offering the smaller sized glasses of beer and only offer really large schooners of beer that you could probably swim in. Definitely good food though and I agree that the onion rings are great!

Having gone to college in Bloomington/Normal, I had wanted a Portillo’s in that town for ages. It finally happened, but I had long since graduated by then.
