Loving the vids buddy I have a 2.4t5 s60 that I’m rebuilding head on at min. I see you have trimmed the valve guide’s down on the exhaust ports is this a good thing as I’m reading mixed comments on Google about it. Any input will help buddy as I done mine and am being told it will burn the valves out thanks

Thank you, I have done the valve guides on all my heads and never had any issues and up to 800 bhp and that's car is going more power soon, all so you don't take out a lot of the valve out about 5-7mm hope this helps

Helps a lot buddy I thought I had turned my head to scrap . I probably removed 4mm to 5mm off valve guide/ boss so from what you say and from what I seen of your work I’m good to go 👍
