Greetings, Last week I was a ThunderhlillRaceway in Willows. CA - first time on track. In about two weeks I will be at PIR for the first time, second time on track. This time I have paid for an instructor to be in the passengers side seat of my 1986 911 Porsche helping me improve high speed driving. Thanks for your GREAT video. What made it great was all of the options I can view: speedo, outline of the track with red dot showing where you are, camera on your head, and the split screen seeing the traffic ahead. I viewed it from many perspectives like once I just looked at the speedo and the course outline. Another time the track ahead of you and the speedo. VERY helpful. I won't be driving as aggressive and fast as you but I will have fun (my car to TOO expensive to get damage; many exterior and enterior changes. I am during the high speed driving as a requirement for hill climbs - that will be my go to for a while. "A garage without a Porsche is just a dark hole" -Walter Rohrl - Porsche Development

why would you not use the pdk in manual mode...

Good question. I do use the pdk in manual mode most of the time when I'm at the track and even on the road. I leave it in auto sometimes when I'm learning the track, so I can focus on the lines. I don't remember the exact circumstances of this video. Manual mode is definitely more fun.

I’m interested in bringing my car on track, can I ask you a few questions?
