No steps? I saw ramps. What kind of tours does the cruise line sponsor? How long were you in port? What was the weather? It looks cold and wet.

Yup no stairs- just ramps which is a nice design. I think the cruise line had tours like lighthouse cruise, Best of Portland Maine, food tours, etc. We just did our own of those as you can see in the video. The wind was chilly and it did rain- this was in late June too.

Was that free trolly for everyone or those who have purchased a tour. We r going there in two weeks and want to just walk around the city shopping and eat some food.

It's for those that pre-booked a tour. You can also purchase one with them right there. But maybe the policy has changed so you can ask them when you're there. Otherwise it's about a 10 minute walk.

It was $54 per person for the combo tour of trolley and lighthouse (I think the discount is like $4 for booking them together in a package).
