I've always thought that studio apartments have great aesthetic and functional potential, especially for people who live alone or simply lead a very simple lifestyle. The living room area looks splendid, very cozy. And I love that you added so many plants. My wife and I are making some major changes to our living room to better suit our tastes. We swapped our old sofa for an LC3 Sofa from Manhattan Home Design, upgraded the lighting with accent lights, and also plan to include some indoor plants. Your video is very inspiring! Thanks for sharing it. ;)

If it’s Oregon not Maine, then I live there for 40 years, we’ll ok across the Columbia in Vancouver. After that much time, I flew away to Southern California for some sunshine.

Thank you for sharing that a couple can live in a small space and enjoy it!! What square footage is it? My Hubby and I are moving into a 400 sq foot Condo and are SO EXCITED!! Any tips?

Thank you Trudy! The apartment was just under 500 square feet! My biggest tips would be to make sure everything (or most everything) you own has a dual purpose. Especially bigger items. For example, our standing desk worked as a desk, a dining room table and coffee table. Our couch also turned into a bed for guests. My other tip would be to keep things minimal and clutter free to avoid feeling like you’re running out of space. Good luck!

Nice light. The only thing lacking is color, personality, creativity, anything to show that a vital person lives here. Just another boring, colorless, impersonal space.
