I totally get how you feel about weird meatless textured food. I was eating the beef less tips from gardein yesterday. Couldn’t do it. Got really grossed out. I am a vegetarian, not vegan but mostly dairy free. I still gross out all the time. Portland is gorgeous. I hope I get a chance to visit at some point. I’m on the east coast.
