The former naval base is now "Porto Montenegro", a superyacht marina developed by Hungarian-Canadian billionaire Peter Munk, then sold in 2016 to the Investment Corporation of Dubai.
Porto Montenegro is the most vibrant marina-side residential and retail village in the Adriatic. Bringing together established international brands and local businesses, it's a dynamic mix of over 50 stores including fashion and accessories, bars and restaurants.
