I'm familiar with the SNES version. I was wondering why they had white spots. The blood was changed to white instead of red or sometimes removed. Zangief definitely has a difference. Too bad blood is only seen in the matches themselves.

The SNES version is censored. the Sega Genesis version has bloody beat up characters when they lose a match, while the super Nintendo version removed the blood whenever a character loses a match. They did not censor it for the first 2 games on SNES (SF2 & SF2 TURBO), so why this one?

Because the SNES was targeted mostly for little kids. I dont get this either, Super Metroid was very teen oriented and therefore more brutal e.g. coprses on the ground etc. But then they pussied out to show blood in street fighter? Why? But not only this, they also censor words for example "Terrorist", "Kill" or "Bar". Its beyond me. Thats the reason why I stuck with the Megadrive and never bothered to get a SNES as a teen.

Ambas as versões de Super Street Fighter II ficam ótimas nos gigantes dos 16 bit, mas no conjunto da obra, com censura ou não, de modo geral, fico com a versão de Super Nintendo! Bem mais agradável, ótima trilha sonora, a mais popular e a mais jogada ! Ate que a versão de Mega Drive ficou boa também.. uma hora tem que acertar
