Hey last to last month i bought this product and must say it works really well for me. Initial days it might feel little different to write on it as the pen has a gel pen like effect when written on but then afterwards it would be so easy to write. Don't use it in Direct sunlight cause the ink inside might heat and spread inside making whatever you write very thick. 1) i think this is better then mi as it is 15 inch and mi one is 12 inch. There might be slightly better quality in that but according to me it's really works well . 2) text writing is nice although it's pressure sensitive but obviously you can't experience something like apple product. 3) battery is 3 V which is available in market at low price and battery works for 8-9 months. So it would work well 4) its kinda water resistant but use a slightly wet cloth to wipe ; 1-2 drops of water and wipe . 5)i bought it a 1000 Rs on Amazon. 6)the stylus is of good quality you can't break it even if you throw it with all your force cause it's not hollow but made entirely if high quality plastic. 7) yes with one 3V coin battery and their is a compartment you can open the screw easily if needed with the help of a small screw driver . Hope it helps 🙂

I use the 8.5 inch version, and after using for few days, few patterns remain on it even after erasing and it seems like something got wrong due to the pressure I applied. Now if I start writing around that area, those previously drawn patterns come up and distort whatever is written making it look a mess. Did you experience it or they have built it well this time?

Hey Jenice, no it doesn't. It doesn't work on any software or operating system. You have to just write on it like you would on a piece of paper and then erase the whole screen. No storage, no layers as we have on Photoshop or pro create. Cheers
