Portsmouth Cathedral ring All the Bells for the 2012 Olympics

While I do not support Martin Creed's so-called "Work No. 1197", for which he deserves to take no credit, I do support the Portsmouth Cathedral local band. Any publicity is good publicity, even if it means Creed is paid £35,000 for it. So, at 08:12 on Friday 27th July 2012, the Cathedral ringers and friends rang rounds and call changes to mark the opening of the Olympic Games.

The ringer of the 9th, Tom Bishop competed at the 1976 Olympics at Montreal in the rowing and proudly wore his 1976 GB Olympic vest this morning.
