Hola Kev.I.N a mighty fine beach indeed! I for one am glad your not one of the beach 'ogler' walker and you have the decency to have your camera on open view 👍👍👍. I think those access stairs would do me in 🥴 and those cliff edges are prone to collapse too. A good business proposition to someone to construct a cliff funicular railway? Cheers DougT in Mancs

Sorry about the spelling Olhous d'aqua is a great beach. Stayed in the Riu (not the all inclusive) the one that was taken over a while ago. The walk to the fisherman's beach is nice

As mentioned the similar beaches and rock formations at Alvor further on the coast are amazing. Something magical about them when the late afternoon/dusk light is on them, the colour is mesmerising. One of the best beaches I've ever been to at Alvor through all the little walk thru rock formations.

Love the vlogs from Portugal, went a few times to Praia da Oura back in early 1990’s could walk to Albufeira and stayed once in albufeira in 1996 loved both locations. You have shown places in albufeira that I never saw. You have tempted me to go back there it looks amazing. Thanks for showing us very interesting locations.

Love albierfia ,we said at the Monica Isabella that right on the beach.the only thing ifound was it hard to get in the sea the waves keep knocking you down when you try to get🙈🤣

Hello again Kevin. Love Algarve beaches, only one that beats them for us is Alcudia and Playa de Muro in the North of Majorca. We haven't been to Algarve since 2015 and your vlogs are encouraging us to re-book a visit. Thanks for the reminder of how lovely the Algarve is. 👍

The Algarve has many great beaches just back from tavira in the eastern Algarve where the beach is stunning goes on for miles a lot more open though 15 minute ferry ride to reach beach from the town cost 2 or 3 euros return trip

If you have a car then it's worth driving an hour or so to the west coast Alzejur is great But the west coast is not at all touristy or busy. There are a lot of camper vans and surfers ‐--------- I'd recommend going on a cave tour boat trip. The pickups happen near Burger Ranch in Portimão. You are only a 5 minute car drive away from that where you are in this video

Been following your tenerife vlogs and just missed you in the algarve. The beaches further west are beautiful and mostly empty. Sagres hasn't changed much in 37 years of surfing in that area. Anyway thanks for the vlogs 👍

Wow.i think you`re following my old travels,that"hidden cove" you passed was where we had our tent,we hitch hiked from Glasgow 40 years ago and had the best time,that trip was life changing for me,i went to work in saudi a few months after it,but my love and thirst for travel was nurtured right there on that beach,thank you for that memory,enjoy!

@@ScotsmaninTenerife Aye,your vid had me thinking of it all last night,i remember waking at first light and diving into the(bit chilly)sea and the fried egg rolls we made that tasted like heaven,we stayed there for 3 weeks before moving on,no one bothered us and there were others camped near us,i don`t think it was allowed then,but we behaved so never brought any unwanted interest in our wee adventure,great work your doing,i would have loved to have a camera back in the day,especially Benidorm,haha,enjoy.

On the whole Kevin, Albufeira is the main resort, its a belta, on the beaches, obviously praia da rocha is fantastic, but on the Eastern Algarve, montegordo beach is humungous, Kevin, have a look on Google earth, its the biggest beach I've ever been to and its lovely as well, you've put some hours in, you must have got 20,000 subscribers in the last year, hats off me old son. 👏

Beaxhes along by the dunes in corralejo -- fuertuventura beat these by a country mile in my opinion as they are rated in the top five in the world apparently and if you ever go back you must visit them Kevin

No chance, you can't have visited many of the secluded beaches on FV like up at El cotillo or further on from popcorn beach then. They are the best on Fuerteventura

Watched a programme some years back where a scientist visited 4 beaches along the South coast of England, from Dorset to South Devon. The scientist was doing a test on the sands of the beaches to see which beach sand made the best Sandcastles !!! lol. The best sand i've ever walked on is in Barbados....very fine and soft on the feet. Worst sand i've walked on was in North Tenerife.....nice looking beach at Port de la Cruz BUT the sand was big particles thus quite uncomfortable to walk on.

Very hard to say. Given many many beaches around the Med' / Europe are much the same. The seas in the Med' may be warmer than Portugals Atlantic coastline sea. If you go further East to the Aegean / east Med' if you like then the sea may be a bit warmer. No doubt though that these Algarve beaches and the sand looks very good.

Hi Kevin, when you upload a video it has “Published on date” noticed this on lots of videos (not only yours). Is it possible to show the date what date it was actually filmed, for reference to the weather and if watching a couple of tears down the line. I ask as do not know if this is possible, as I only watch Tou tube, do not vlog, cheers.
