Haven't taste it for years. :-( Where I am now, at best can get some kind of "Vindallo" and that's it. For the one's who don't know. The Indian Vindallo is the very typical Portuguese "Vinha de Allhos". In fact it's even the same Portuguese word compressed and adapted trough the centuries. Meat marinated with wine, garlic...Also highly recommended. Greetings from Norway. ;-)

TITUS DIAS Thank you for loving us; I love Goa too. Been there 2x & had the best samosas ever behind the Mondovi Hotel in Panagi (Pangim) many years ago. Did you know Portuguese brought samosas to India? In Portugal they are called "Chamuças" hence India calling them 'Samosas'. Nowadays, it is really sad to hear so many Goan Indians of non-Portuguese heritage hate Portuguese, saying we were brutal and cruel. Why do Chinese and Japanese always get along with us? Because they have a culture of gentility and respect. They turned us down on many issues including religion, and we never were brutal with them. It just happens centuries ago when natives were agressive with us, we turned violent; in India, Africa & Brazil. Still we committed attrocities and I am so sorry for that. I just need for you Goans, Keralans, even Independent Sri Lankans to understand Portuguese are a peace loving, non aggressive people and we always loved Goa. My uncle lived there 3 years; he never forgot it. I & Portugal will never forget Portuguese India. God bless you.

Portugal isn’t small in size at all. Maybe in terms of land but if you look at how ocean Portugal owns its probably the biggest country in the world. This video describes Portugal accurately. I had an English friend that had been going to Spain for 20years and his long life dream was to move there, I told him over time to visit Portugal in order to make him go there, he eventually went and when he came back he said he isn’t going to move to Spain but to Portugal! He bought a house there and lives and runs and diving business there now, I don’t think he’s been back to Spain since ha.
