What insurance did you get (from Canada ??) when you saunter EU last year ?

I went with Safetywing - it’s a flat $10/week (USD) and includes COVID coverage. The only downside are the deductibles, but it’s a small price to pay compared to not having insurance! There are a few companies that now cover COVID in Canada (including Manulife) but the premiums are sky high and I wouldn’t want to involve myself in any complications with a claim, if they suddenly decide your travel was “non-essential” and look for reasons to deny your claim. US companies don’t care about Canadian bureaucracy 👍

@@stanleyt4273 I already returned a few weeks ago! Just working on editing the vlogs now - they’ll be live soon! I did do the Prince Rupert train & took the BC coastal ferry to Vancouver Island - it was a great trip! I went to Haida Gwai back in 2017 and would have loved to return, but it’s completely closed due to COVID. No restrictions on the other destinations!
