"Heavy games, oh You can't take this back Because the present has a past Now you're stuck here forever" That lyric is deep. I've had anxiety bad in the past, doing a lot better now. What helped was mindfulness meditation and some deep diving into why I didn't have boundaries. Books like "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels were a huge help.

Plenty of fans appreciate this. This album is fantastic passed Waiter as my 2nd favorite PTM album and right on the heels of Evil Friends. (Pretty sure the band is less embarrassed than your parents must be.)
