Going to try this. I was in the Azores a few year ago and had the most delicious soup. This looks so close to what I had. I need to impress my Portuguese husband. Thank you ! I have whole fish that we call scup? It is a tasty white fish. It is from USA Ma waters.

I've cooked this twice now and it's amazing. The second time around I used a pound of Chilean Sea Bass. It was super expensive but I was in heaven.
