I had been in Portugal two years ago and they showed us this folklore show. I spent 2 very nice weeks there and made many friends. So much so that I cried a lot while leaving. Although I spent little time there, it became my second country. Thank you very much for your hospitality and smiling face Portuguese people! Yelling their lungs out make sense. No amplifiers or sound systems out in the open fields or village parties, in those days. You sing in one village, but can be heard on the next. LOL :-)

It's actually 2 songs, don't know the titles, I think the first one is a "vira" and the second one a "rusga". I'm no expert, just an enthusiast of folklore. Maybe you could search for northern Portugal or Minho folklore, there's tons of videos here

It is an old costume. As woman used to work in the farm working with man, they dressed something behind the skirt. But as I said, it is an old costume. It is no longer used nowadays. :)
