What kind of peppers are you using?
@Y2Kikii2 жыл бұрын
Very cool! I only ever saw my family make a huge batch of pimenta once when I was a teen and it was a lot of work! But we ended up filling a whole closet with jars of it and it lasted for years! I love pimenta marinated chicken, so good especially when you bit into pieces of the pepper that didn't fully disintegrate.

My peppers have fermented for 5days and still bubbling just a little. Planning to jar today. They are so watery! Should I boil out some liquid?

Hello, I'm so happy to know how to make this. There was an old Portuguese woman in my community I was going to ask to teach me and before I did she passed away. I was wondering how this is stored and for how long does it keep?

Thank you for the video. Question (maybe I missed it) you mixed the sweet and the spicy in the same container and spoon it into the jar? The jar has a mix of both Interesting...
@createldesign42845 жыл бұрын
Yes! So the sweet peppers and the spicy are mixed into the same batch and then put into jars!! This way it has a kick but not all spicy - better to control in cooking 🤗

A good video but the NOISE in the background was painful and the music a bit too loud. Thank you from Alentejo!
@createldesign42844 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your feedback! The background noise was the pepper machine working couldn't really control it 🤦♀️ but the music volume I'll keep in mind for my future videos - still learning👍 Thank you!
