U r correct only c5 has virugambakkam station!! Which penetrate via koyambedu. ..however alwarthirunagar station opposite to church is actually virugambakkam area. But i doubt this entire stretch will not be completed by 2026 end. It may take 2027 end or early 2028. Even if the work gets carried round the clock. Bcos plenty of work needs to be executed. Hope u knw! Anyway, good initiative 👏 covering this

Exactly, the project may go on till 2029 also. But porur to poonamallee may open in 2025 end

I think most of the elevated work ,can definitely be completed by 2027. Because most pillar works have started in all the areas except siruseri side. The work may halt in underground stations like Powerhouse, Mylapore , Adyar etc. Now with the central funding and rainy season in chennai over works will faster. Has around 5 tunnel work is over.but the shaft to remove the machine from ground is not ready. So we can definitely hope for works to go on plan.

The entire phase II of Chennai metro would be fully functional by second quarter of 2029, if everything goes according to the plan.
