This is amazing because it is completely consistent with Short Game Chef's lesson for Broken Tee Society. The two KZbin instructors I value the most.

Truly the best video I have seen regarding bunker shots ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙏🏻 I have watched other videos and find them all so insightful and educational, but at the same time makes teorie an actual game plan you can use out on the golf course… If I ever came to the US I would surely take some lesson with mr P 😊 Great work and thank you so much for your videos- they really do work. All the best from Denmark 🇩🇰👏🏻

Adam, this video is all it took for me. I have been playing well but get me in a bunker and who knows what is going to happen. I watched this and hit the range yesterday. Maybe 30 balls out of the bunker and I had it. Today I managed to find 2 greenside bunkers (losing full swing short irons 3-4yds left lately) and got out gracefully and put together a round of 76. Before, I would have easily lost 2-3 more strokes out of the bunker and likely pushed the 80 mark. Thank you and I can't wait to come see you in SD

Great Bunkerlesson, thanks Adam! Lowpoint way targetside, and no cutswing. I have heared/seen this for the first time. Questions: 1.) How you control trajectory and lenght 2.) Will you someday create a shortgame masterclass (putting, chipping, pitching, bunker) analog to the fullswing masterclass in the near future? Kind Regards Michael

This is an absolutely great instruction especially related to firm sand. Now I understand why I often blade the ball over the green on hard packed sand

Excellent Instruction. I also use the hosel for plugged shots. Do a short vid on plugged shots in the bunker. Once again great instruction.

Lowering hands to automatically create leverage on backswing is a brilliant observation. I practiced that this morning and it worked really well. I really like the way you teach doing everything you can at setup for the particular shot you're trying to hit to make the actual swing as easy as possible.

Really great Video. You might want to go over what "Open The Clubface" means and how it is achieved. The clubface, at address, for Amateurs and Pros is VASTLY Different. This is, I think, compounded by the fact that you can't ground your club - so Amateurs enter the trap without opening the clubface and just roll with it from there.

I would like to have this kind of sans at my club... but... it is usually way harder and firm (or very wet!)... any part 2 to your video? :)

Do you still trying to hit 2 inches behind the ball? Is this a good intention or not ?

hmm hosel sharpest part of club? sharper than leading edge?

I tend to agree. In hard sand I prefer to square the club face more and let it dig.

All good stuff but this assumes you can consistently hit the same spot behind the ball. Easy in practice - hard when playing when you only get one chance to not hit it 20 yards over the green.
