POS Brute Force 750 Test run Will it run better

Played with the choke on the carbs and had to take it for a test run to see if I could do a ride with it...

Choke plunger or If one of the rubber diaphragms have a lil rip in it!

Ya, we have come to the same conclusion... although there's still other issues but things may change soon.

It sounds like it's got a governor on it. Is the limiter screw on the throttle all the way out? I know if sounds like the first thing you'd look at but... Have fun, good luck and don't go alone!

It's set up properly, just the carbs are worn out and the choke plunger isn't sealing properly. Thanks Man!

Choke plungers and the slide diaphragms are known issues. So are the valves snapping off

Brand new valves and about all that is left is a worn out carb with bad choke plungers. Thanks Nate!

Do you have the screw on the throttle screw all the way backed out?

That machine just hates you lol you show it love and it shows you nothing lol . Are the holes in the front by the rack from snorkels ?

It does hate me LOL! Those holes are for holding screws and bolts for the many times you take it apart LOL! I think they had some kind of blind or rack setup on that thing.

Did you ever check to see if your throttle is opening the butterfly fully?

Choke plunger on front carb isn't sealing properly and carb slide has sideways movement. These carbs have taken a lot of abuse, need to be replaced. Thanks Man!

Ya, just really worn from sucking in dirt and dust. That's why the engine needed rebuilding also. Thanks Fred!
