Notes:
1. If you didn’t fillet the fish, don’t bother washing them. Just remove the skin.
2. Knorr vegetable granules aren’t available for most of you. Just order them from Amazon from somewhere like Italy, or use an alternative to it.
3. Ideally season the fish with the granules, as well as the flour and breadcrumbs. I find it gives a better taste this way.
