The difficult part is, the ordinary persons, may be advocate, ngo are put in chair of judges, the accumen snd expertise are different. Same is with disciplinary cases against workman. Practically it has become arbitration in effect. The process part is again subjective, one may hear, still pass a different order, day in and day out, despite saying, writ is review, but in practice, court go appreciating evidence, citing ignoring evidence. First appeal should be on facts, it is a question of life.
