We stayed at Keal Lodge 2 years ago and it's the best kept site we've ever stayed on. The gravel had been raked prior to our arrival. Not been back yet but would like to stay on the CL...it's so pretty.

Very quiet and tucked away. So pretty too. A little more expensive than usual but we still think it’s worth it as it’s a bit special 🙂

Hi Trev and Sue hope you and Sheila and Joe have a great tour what a lovely site it looks impeccably maintained and so peaceful and an ideal place to stay and unwind the facilities look immaculate and definitely worth the money Those gardens are magnificent I bet Sophie and Oscar loved it there and your lunches also looked great A lovely area all around there my cousin used to live in Huntingdon and some lovely places to explore Loved the riverside walk and great you found some better weather! Hello Trev and Sue, the Country Park looked a lovely place to have a walk and a cup of tea. Lovely Campsite and CL, so tranquil lovely in the sunshine. Really enjoyed your walk around and very informative. A lovely walk to the river. The Heron in the background nice that you can walk into the village. The coffee shop looked cute, Wow! Sue that cake nearly as big as you ha ha . Lovely update of your June/July tour. Take care x Julie and Tony x

Thank you, this is a lovely site and very tidy indeed. The villages were very nice too with old buildings, thatch etc and there are a few coffee shops. We were recommended this one and yes the cake was huge 🤣🤣 We are really enjoying the islands. We’ll bring you some updates soon 😃🚐💙👍🏻 Trev x

Yes indeed, I think midsummer’s day used to be 24th June. Just after the summer solstice on 21st. The reality is probably that mid summer will probably be some time in October this year 🤣🤣 Oh well, keep a brolly handy anyway 😉👍🏻💙 Trev

What a gorgeous site. Looked perfect. Market Deeping is a nice little town - the Bull is a great pub. Ha that lock up - we have one in our village although ours has a pointy roof. Not surprised you like Invercoe. - we loved it there. Love watching your posts on the trip guys. Looks absolutely fantastic!

What a gem of a site, absolutely immaculate. I'm really looking forward to seeing the islands as I've never been so can't wait to see them. On our recent tour of Scotland we had booked two nights at Keith holiday Park. I had watched one of your videos where you stopped there. Unfortunately the site had to close so our booking was cancelled which meant we had to make alternative arrangements ( an extra night at Stonehaven & an extra night at Torvean. I agree wholeheartedly with you on distance with regards to reaching Scotland, we are Somerset based and like to break up the journey by staying in cl or similar sized sites on the way. Oh what a shame about Keith Holiday Park. The couple there were lovely and so enthusiastic about their future plans for the site. I have looked into this and it appears there was a problem with the previous owners and the transfer of the old website. The new website is keithcaravanpark.com/ so it was not closed and could be contacted by phone or via Facebook. We will post our video from the islands as soon as we can. Being on the move with poor internet is not ideal but we will definitely have plenty of footage to share 👍🏻🚐💙 Trev

Looks gorgeous, thanks for the video. Stamford nearby is beautiful for walking around and quite upmarket, Peterborough not so nice. It’s a shame they don’t have a toilet. Our motorhome is brand new and we have a rule of doing no number twos in it 😂Lol

Good day Poshcats. I noticed that to get on to your hard standing pitch you had to go over some grass...surely that could give a problem if it was very wet....or was the grass just for show and it was solid underneath. ?.

The ground was fairly well drained and firm. Being an ex nursery I believe the owners have a passion for keeping the grassy lawns pristine. They know what they are doing when it comes to growing and treating the plants. They ask that the cars are parked off the main fields, rather like Bath Chew Valley does. The field is far less cluttered and it reduces wear and tear too 😃👍🏻 Trev
