I think your 2nd table is computed from (table1/overall_freq). You said we should divide table1 by smallest freq. But that does not make sense. Every row should be divided by its own overall freq. In that way, your full table2 is correct but the way was not. So in table2, last row is: .87=.2/.23, 1.74=.4/.23, .87=.2/.23 and so on. Please correct me if I am wrong.

From your lecture i understand the value 1 will be preffered , zero and negative value willbe neglected and if in a colum have all negative and zero value but one value greater than 1 you should prefer it? Am i right? If not then guide me plz immediately

You said at 3rd position G would fit as it has the maximum positive frequency but when you are finally calculating in the very next slide, you are considering C at the 3rd position. Clear out the doubts, man!
