Limiting beliefs are the thoughts, opinions that one believes to be the absolute truth. They tend to have a negative impact on our lives by stopping us from moving forward and growing on a personal and professional level. These beliefs often come from a place of negativity and fear that keep us from experiencing new opportunities.
One of the best ways to combat limiting beliefs is to use positive affirmations. Affirmations or positive statements are thoughts about yourself that promote positive self-perception and self-acceptance.
Identify your Limiting beliefs
Eg. : I am not beautiful
Write positive affirmations (Present Tense, Short and Specific, Positive Terms)
I am UNIQUE
I am BEAUTIFUL
I am SMART
Repeat daily (Early Morning when you get up, in front of a mirror, night before you go to sleep)
Practice daily. You will definitely be a better version of yourself
