Hello! You are the first ASMR channel that I have watched. Quite a few years ago, during the pandemic, I was in a dark place. I was sick with COVID, had no work after graduating from university, and gained self-hatred. A lot of anxiety crept up and I struggled so much. Your videos have helped me a lot to relax and videos about positive affirmations like this one, have helped me so much and I'm sure help many. Thank you for sharing Louise Hays work! I used her affirmations back in 2018 when I lost a close relative at the hands of someone else. And her self love and self healing affirmations and medications helped me grieve pain and allow forgiveness to heal all my negative emotions. Since I’ve forgiven I’ve never had to look back. She’s still my go to for a fine-tune.
