Wow thank u so very much ive been feeling out of it lately and i thought it was just M.RG but really i noticed in the meditation i was having trouble visualizing my solar and heart chakras any bigger than a dot so i did affirmations during the meditation and then i was more comfortable picturing them as balanced.
