The high gain tone you had is the best I’ve heard of all the demos, I think a lot of people max the gain and it’s comes out fuzzy,but you got a great tone..well done and thanks man..can you tell me your metal settings on it please..I’ll be getting one soon✌️

Thank you! I appreciate it :D. Okay, so I can't remember if this is a default preset or not but I'm on the "Lead Guitar Style Tone 1" preset which on my amp is the red setting on preset 2. The Amp is Treadplate with the gate and comp/wah turned on, drive off, mod/eq on, and delay/reverb off. I didn't touch anything when it came to the gate, comp/wah, or mod/eq pedals but I can't remember if the default amp for this preset was the Treadplate or not. I also think it comes with the delay and reverb engaged and I just turned them off but I could also be mistaken. As for the amp settings the gain, bass, and middle are at 6, the middle and treble are at like 4.6 and the volume is at like 2. I hope you enjoy yours!!

I’m torn btwn the Spark 2 & the Spark Edge. I was leaning towards the Spark 2 because I will mainly be using it as a guitar amp, but perhaps in the future I would like to add vocals. 🤔

That’s a tough decision for sure 😅.

12:16 The amp is only connected while the app is active on your phone screen. You do have to reconnect. It is a bit annoying, but not too bad.

Hey. Thanks for the video. You mentioned that you had your own looper that you used with the first Spark 40. Would you mind sharing which looper that is? I have the Spark 1 & a Ditto looper, but apparently there’s no way to use it. It’s my understanding that no loopers work with the Spark 1 aside from a single particular model of looper or a digital looper (like Loopy Pro), none others work with the Spark 1. I don’t want to purchase another looper pedal, so that’s not an option for me. I’m considering selling my Spark & buying the Spark 2, but am unsure if the built in looper will suffice. I’m curious if you find it to be versatile enough. Another issue with the Spark 1 is the high pass filter added to all high gain tones, which requires having to adjust that on every tone. I also hate how the cable has no ground and buzzes a lot. Do you experience this on the Spark 2? Does it have a 3 prong grounded cable? Sorry for so many questions. If anyone can chime in that would be great. Thank you!

Hello, and no problem! My apologies for the confusion. I don't think I actually used the looper pedal with the Spark 40 amp but with amps prior to it I did. But the looper I have is the Boss RC-1 Loop Station. Out of curiosity, are you running the looper before the amp? That's what I did with the Boss Katana and Line 6 Spider 4 that I had before the Spark 40 and it worked fine. I didn't use it via an effects loop though so my signal chain was always the guitar into the pedal then into the amp. I realize this meant I was limited to what I could do tones wise, but I usually made loops with a clean tone anyways. I personally like having the built in looper and not having a separate pedal for it and it suits me for what I need. I primarily use the simple looper though and not the more advanced ones the Spark has, but I'll play with the more advanced ones this week and get back to you. I haven't noticed the buzzing on my Spark 2 but I'll try to pay more attention to that this week and get back to you as well. It does have a 3 pronged cable though! No worries on all of the questions, by the way! I appreciate questions like these, so thank you! :D.

Do you think it's a good idea to connect two active studio monitors (like Focal Alpha 50 evo) instead of the spark cab?...
@bjackson425 күн бұрын
Great question! I don't have any prior experience in that area so I can't say with confidence whether or not it's a good idea to do. I did do a quick Google search and found that it is possible to connect the amp to your studio monitors but I can't speak to how easy it is to do or if it sounds better.

NO you know why? You have all the features your looking for in the cab.

Do you know when this will be in Guitar Centers to try out?

Unfortunately, I do not. I would contact your local Guitar Center to see if they have an ETA on when they expect them to be in stock.
