My husband is traveling for work, and even though I miss him, he makes it SO stress free for me. House is cleaned before he goes, laundry done, he orders my groceries/meal service for the week, gas in my car, cash in my wallet, appointments made. He even picks out shows/movies for me to watch on Netflix and adds them to a list for me. Offered to record himself snoring and play it over the intercom in case I can’t sleep. So sweet lol 😍

I’ve been wondering recently, what is required from the woman, in “exchange” in this kind of a relationship? I know the typical stereotype is that the woman is responsible for the housework. This is what my own mother has done.. but I’m personally not into feminine things like cooking, for example. I can’t imagine doing this for a man. What else can a feminine woman provide?

My exhusband and I have been divorced for years but he takes care of our son. He enrolls him in school each year, buys his clothes, takes him to dr appts, dentist, lets me know about our parent/teacher conference dates, after school activities. My sister asked me what size shoe my kid wears and I honestly couldn’t tell her. He does all that. Allowing him to be the primary care giver was the best decision I made. So many opportunities and experiences opened up for me. I too get to be a nurturing mom and have experiences with my son without all the work lol. While my ex and I may not have worked out in marriage, we’re in a great space of coparenting and have been for years.

Feeling safe and having protection is so critical. Single women in the western world don't or won't admit to it but the "healthy" masculine energy is needed.
@danicaharley62732 жыл бұрын
To be honest, women don't realise they need men and there importance as much anymore, since a lot of men are not stepping up and are behaving far too feminine, expecting women to give to them & pursue, always complaining and not providing and just want to be taking as much as they can get from women

Being an African American woman raised in the USA and living in the UAE for a while I absolutely resonate with these healthy positive masculine principles especially after seeing them in action...in real life...and them being “the norm” in a society. I’m ever so grateful for my experiences there. 🥰🥰🥰 Your teachings and my experiences there have made a very positive impact on my life now living back in the USA.

It’s so sad that’s we have been taught not to need men in the western world to the point that I hadn’t been able to appreciate them and what they provide. Everything you said makes perfect sense, keep the vids coming!

I do find myself battling the judgment and I guess betrayal 🤷🏾♀️ of being more receptive to masculine energy than my mother and the women in my family. They are all so independent and strong minded. I’m so grateful for them because I am where I am because of their sacrifices. I even apply that energy in other areas of my life. I just see how they’ve sacrificed a healthy polarized relationship, which is what I deeply crave and deserve. I wonder if others resonate or understand what I’m saying 🤔.
@labelmeposh2 жыл бұрын
I do. My mother is so hard because men have treated her so badly and my aunt, though feminine to a degree exudes masculine energy because she chases men until they commit to her. So I had to find a healthy balance and I have with the help of random people from KZbin.

I think it’s funny how this topic can translate to anything. You attract what you need not what you want. If you need a masculine container and you believe that you have to do it all then you will attract situations and people who help you get there. But if your focus on your femininity (not outside femininity )you can attract a healthy masculine that will provide the structure to maintain your feminine being. I really love this video.

Mina, I just had an aha moment. My dad offered that protection to me. He had my back. I felt like an orphan when he died even though my mom was still alive and she still is. This explains so much about my relationship with my father. And by the way, as I continue to do inner work and develop my feminine energy, my relationship with my dad’s spiritual essence is very strong. I feel protected by him. The psychological and emotional protection! This is so vital for the Feminine, and I know that is what I'm calling into my life. Thank you for sharing this with us Mina, especially about the bowing of the head to the elder men to have them tap it was so heartwarming. I got very emotional listening to it, and although I have never practiced this, it made me miss my dad and other male figures no longer physically in my life. I would appreciate a part 2, as it appears you have much more wisdom to share on this. LOVE your outfit, especially the shoes! 😍 That Two Faced lip color looks so good on you. I've been craving healthy masculine energy my whole life. My dad was a phenomenal provider (we never went without) but unfortunately the emotional side was lacking. No talks about boys, no I love yous or displays of affection. His form of love is: providing for his family. I fear I will naturally reject healthy balanced masculinity because I'd never seen it and have been prepped to see it only through providing resources and material things. I need to reeducate myself and prepare to be open to this type of offering from men. Pray for me 😂🙏

I have a similar lifestyle at home, but I experience a lot of guilt and shame when he’s managing so much on his own. In my mind I think he’s secretly resentful towards me. Receiving this type of providing makes me feel so irresponsible, lazy and like people will see me as incompetent. I want to receive it like you do. I think us women who had trauma come from men need to remind ourselves that there are healthy men out there. If we know healthy happy women, then there has to be healthy happy men. Mina!!! I just found out your channel this week and I'm watching your videos non-stop. Love them 💖 You are a gift from the universe to me. You said that the femenine energy and that we should do in our marriage is to bring that enjoyment. I'm separate and I'm still working on healing and I understood that one of my mistakes was that I'm way too serious! I mean, I am very soft, kind, I like to take care of people and show them my love, I'm an introvert-emphatic person but I can't show when I'm enjoying stuff, I'm not so expressive with my emotions. And I have being like this since I was a girl so I feel like I don't know how to be joyful! Can you make a video describing a little bit more this and probably how to work on this subject? or maybe you already have one?

This is what came to mind from Mina's videos, off the top of my head: - cellular experiencing, pleasure (when you eat - slow down, FEEL the food). FEEL the wind when you're outside, enjoy it. Feel the chair/couch you're sitting it, sit in it fully. There's a video from 2022 called "Why your pleasure is like air to him", but these concepts are from various videos of hers - "realizing that this second, I don't have any problems". I think this may be from the video called "How to live your best life in any situation" - Diet, because wrong food will hijack your nervous system, generate anxiety in your body - Breathing from nose to womb, like vertically. Not in-and-out into from nose and out, but envisioning your breath go up and down through your body. Of course there's much more, this are just suggestions that came to mind first and right away
