Positive Pregnancy Test & got period 1 day later | False Positive Pregnancy Test

I’ve experienced this with the first response pregnancy tests and it’s horrible. There’s been a huge surge of people saying they’ve gotten false positives (from multiple boxes and stores of that brand) in the last few months. I’m so sorry for your experience! 💛 Praying for you!

Hi Britainy it’s same happened to me I thought I got a positive test and 1 day later I got my period and makes me sad, but I know God is good all the time and I just pray I will wait when he’s ready to give me a little Angle and it’s happened now I’m Pregnant 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️

That’s a really clear line and false positives are pretty rare. I agree with everyone else saying it was probably a chemical pregnancy. 😞 It’s still a loss when you thought you were pregnant. I’m so sorry! Sending positive vibes your way. ❤️❤️

I couldn't see the lines..the pink tests often have a dye issue sadly. In addition some meds can cause a tiny bit of HCG.I would wait until after your missed period next time as testing early is not a good idea mentally and emotionally. I would trust mother nature and God and just enjoy your initimate time with your husband xxx

This happened to me before they call it a chemical pregnancy and what's weird once I got my first faint positive then I got my cycle the day after 😭 So Sorry fingers crossed for next cycle 💕💕

These tests used to be the only ones I could rely on. Now, I just keep getting horrible false positives. We have been trying for our rainbow for 15 months now, and I have gotten tests from FRER that look SO POSITIVE and they’re not. I’m sorry you went through this as well :(

@@britainylinde thank you. We lost our little girl last July at 6 days old. She was our first girl after 3 boys, and it’s been hell ever since. I would order some off of Amazon. Pregmate are what I used with my last boy, and with my daughter. They came up pretty early!

I'm sorry this happened to you, but God will bless you with a child at the right so don't worry just pray about it I'm currently doing the same thing, your not alone and thank you so much for posting this this was encouraging to me because this happened to me before I got what I thought was a positive pregnancy test at the time and then three days later got my period at the exact time it was supposed to come, but I really thought I was pregnant so I decided to take the test 3 days before I knew my period was supposed to come but when I went to the doctor the lady told me that I wasn't pregnant and I was very hurt and Confused because I saw two lines but one was a very faint line but it was still there but the doctor told me that if one of the lines is faint then and is not as dark as the other line then that means that you are not pregnant, I never heard of anything like that before so I decided to go to the emergency room to get another test done, because I was so eager to prove that I was actually pregnant because I really believe that I , my body made me feel the symptoms and everything and so when they said that I wasn't pregnant so I was very bummed as well I was so hurt and confused and scared that I probably had a miscarriage but since watching your video and another video on KZbin explaining how you can get false positive I feel so much better knowing that there is something called a false positive and doesn't mean miscarriage because after I got a positive test and then went to the doctors and they said I wasn't pregnant I thought I had a miscarriage but thankfully the doctor told me that I didn't have to count that as a miscarriage because the other line wasn't as dark as the first one and watching your video is another confirmation for me so I don't have to worry about it being a miscarriage by the way I kept taking test and a few of them were false positives as well but then eventually after I got my period the test started becoming negative and then that's when I realized that actually pregnant after all, I even asked for the doctors to give me a blood test and they were basically telling me that that wasn't necessary because I wasn't pregnant and that the test I took were false positives, it's really scary how our bodies can play tricks on us sometimes to make us feel like we are pregnant when we actually are not, even right now at the moment I feel pregnant but because of what happened last time I'm trying not to get my hopes up

I’m so sorry this happened! This happened to me once before. I went to the doctor and they said it wasn’t worth a blood test but probably very early miscarriage before a missed period. So if I never tested I would have just thought it was my period. ❤️

That was 100% a positive test and I have done many having had 3 children. I think you may have had a chemical pregnancy xx

I'm so sorry that happened. I had multiple positive test and I found out just a few days after Christmas it was a chemical pregnancy . It really felt horrible. But the best thing was not allowing these things to consume us and keeping positive that God has his plan for all of us.

I'm currently dealing with a false positive! I relate to your experience. I started testing 10 days in.. all negetives. not even sure why I got into testing and took it so seriously. I have three kids, all small and I'm busy/breastfeeding/homeschooling etc. anyway, so out of 6 tests... here comes first response 6 days sooner.. positive 13 days post sex. not even sure if I ovulated because BF has made my cycles nearly non existent still. I've had just one since my last baby. I got a legit positive. It looked a little wonky. pregnancy line was slightly off center but still not wierd. was def not an evap line because the line showed up quickly and was pinkish colored. I took this test in the evening at 8pm. totally positive tho arguably faint. colorful..not an evap. tested again at 3am . negetive.. next day 2 more test all negetive. so 1 positive sadwhiched by 8 or so negetive tests. maybe more. no period yet but I've got plenty of confusion.

@@britainylinde maybe it will happen later, but also keep in mind, that sometimes, seems God's plan is for some to adopt. There are so many sweet, precious babies and kids out there. Also, there are certain foods that are known to help with fertility and certain things to stay away from like chemicals in plastic food containers that can get into the food, is another thing they say that can mess with fertility among many other things it can hinder becoming pregnant, like bad stuff in certain foods. and maybe u have a tilted uterus or something else or could be an issue with his body, i dont know. God bless u and your husband, please dont stress. be patient. And i would get a water filter and check into superfoods and herbs. Dr. Sebi has amazing health info. Check into 'alkaline mean ideas and more' in youtube and have good cleanses like with organic apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, celery, etc. please look into that. there is too much to list here. i hope this helps and remember to stay patient, stressing wont help. please take care. it will be ok no matter what.

This happen to me a few months back. I couldn’t believe. My husband and I cried together in happiness. Then I get my period the next day. I’ve been so bummed . I don’t even wanna test anymore

Omg this happened to me twice with this test I'm TTC baby #3 and this is just horrible because it just makes me exited for nothing 😫 it sucks it just brings our hopes up .. second line came out before the time window, It looked exactly like yours I was happy but deep inside I kinda knew it was a false positive again .. I took it this morning and now I'm lightly bleeding 😩.. I don't trust this brand no more ...

I don’t trust their early responses anymore that’s for sure. Since it was my first cycle trying I was fooled but since then I also got other that looked positive but I always kinda new it was false.

@@britainylinde this morning I took another since the pack had two... and the line it's slightly darker than yesterday's but I'm still lightly bleeding and cramping (sorry TMI) so I know it's not positive... Before I had a 34-40 cycle and as the months pass it keeps getting longer and longer last two menstruals we're October and January.. This happened to me two days ago this the second time this happened I had got a positive on the First Response test and then the lines faded so quick it was a positive test then I took the dollar ones I took about three or four of them it came out positive then the next day I got my cycle they're hurting me so bad basically I had a miscarriage

Hai i am sorry for u to went through this! I pray that u will soon get pregnant ❤. I searched for this video cause it happened to me this morning. 3 days ago i got faint line (pink and thick). But i wasn't sure of the time frame cause i was just going to throw it like usual, without checking it. But i can assure it was no longer than 20 mins. Suddenly a faint line appeared, which make sense of changes i felt in my body, weird ones. Then this morning, i got my period and suddenly my symptoms all went away. So i dont know. I think this might be chemical pregnancy??

I get these lines almost every month. I don't think that waa a chemical pregnancy, with a chemical pregnancy you usually get postives for a week then your period comes

If you are getting faint lines on multiple kinds of test, I'd say you had a cemical pregnancy. I just read up on it that unless you are trying and testing regularly most people won't even know that they had one because they still get their period.

That wasn’t positive, it was a grey line, grey lines aren’t positive.. positive tests will always have color to it if it’s first response it will always have a pink hue to it no matter how faint of a line it is

Hi I can relate luckily I searched this video for answers I'm actually devastated 😢because this just happened to me today I done a test and it showed a faint positive test a few hours later I had cramping then light bleeding I thought was implantation being pregnant 5 times before but sadly not 😢

Yeah false positive test sucks. I got a false positive with this pregnancy with first response so I believe you had a bad batch first response test like I did before I got my true positive that same cycle. I dipped another first response test with the same urine and a new test from a whole other store and what do you know, I big fat negative like it should have been at the time. I got positive for few days and suddenly my period came. They told me that it was chemical pregnancy... It was a heartbreak since ive never had positive before. It was my first time got few days positive... But it didn't last long. After i got my period the line start to disappear and become negative. I feel bummed, frustrated. My doc says its common happen to women..

It is the same as miscarriage, that is just the medical term for it when it’s under 5 weeks.
